At Yoga Vibhuti we emphasize all of the Eight Limbs of Yoga, which will affect you both off and on the mat. We'll encourage the release of anything you no longer need! including that pesky ego. We offer all levels of Hatha yoga and variations to keep your practice feeling new. Our teachers have 200-hour certifications (RYT or E-RYT) and/or specialty certifications in their chosen style of yoga. Here you will receive the attention necessary to establish and maintain a practice that as The Sutras of Patanjali tell us, "Practice becomes firmly grounded when well attended to for a long time, without break and in all earnestness." I.14
