Chair Yoga with DorothyO This easy-to-follow practice is perfect for individuals finding it challenging to get up and down from the floor. Get a complete practice that will leave you energized, more flexible and profoundly relaxed. Great for those with arthritis, wrist or knee issues, joint replacements, hip tension, spinal injury, etc.
Six week daytime (Sept 22 to Oct 27) or evening (Sept 23-Oct 28) series

There are SO many benefits to meditation. Join us to take a journey into stillness learn how to experience the ultimate bliss that comes with a calm mind. We will explore several techniques. NO experience necessary.
This workshop will educate you to how to sit, breathe and adjust correctly. The results can be profound.
Meditation is transformative; meditation is the way.
We have everything you need, but feel free to bring your favorite wrap or yoga blanket, zafu, Pi bench, etc. Chairs are also available. Dress comfortably. Infinite blessings!
YIN YOGA & Meditation with Nadia & DorothyO
End your week with this special tension/stress-reduction practice that gets deep into the body and mind. Yin Yoga utilizes longer passive holds in asanas which can lubricate your connective tissue, joints and your ligaments. As you practice, the holding will allow you to watch your thoughts drifting in and out - and you can flow more easily into a meditative space. Practice ends with guided meditation and profoundly relaxing Yoga Nidra.
